To help with any confusion on how to join the guild site - the first thing you have to do is create a guildwork profile. Once that is completed - from this page click your account drop down menu located at the top right of your screen. Click on dashboard, the first option in the drop down menu. From that page there should be a character tab, which is the 5th tab from the left on the top of your screen. On that page, hit the blue "add a character button" and select the Balmung sever for FFXIV in the drop down, and put in your exact character name. From there, they will guide you on how to link your character to the site.
